We use a lot of elements and mechanisms to design our gamification.
Golds are the coins of the Gamifier. An element of gamification that can be exchanged for physical rewards defined strategically by the organization’s decision maker. For example, by reaching 10.000 golds the player will earn 1 day off or a dinner at a city restaurant. Use your imagination!
Ranking is generated from players’ scores. Use this element to track who scored the most and is highlighted.
Karma is the social indicator, the player is rewarded with Karma for interacting with other players. Use this indicator to track the level of socialization of the player and thus their influence on the group.
Points is an element that generates feedback for the player by their actions. All actions on the integrated platform generate points. The more impact to the organization the more points generated for the player.
XPs indicate experience and progress. They are conquered through more significant actions on the gamified platform.
The level is generated from the accumulation of XPs. The most significant actions on the gamified platform generate XPs because they mean experience. Use this indicator to track the level of player experience.
Badges are rewards for historical moments and prowess. Receiving a badge brings almost unanimously a feeling of personal gratification for recognition. You can view the badges that the player have earned from the Inventory tab in the user profile. You can use this indicator to track the player’s successes.
They are the rewards gained through social interactions among players within the App Gamifier. The element of gamma Karma is generated exclusively in this category, it is also possible to achieve Badges for social success.
They are the rewards won in Gamifier through the actions performed on the integrated platform or by actions performed in the Gamifier itself. Rewards are applied to the available elements.
We’re not in favor of spoilers! As you perform you will discover the rewards. But to help you (a little bit) we can make sure that each action has a different reward level and value. How about trying to find out a hidden badge right now ?! 😉
The option to reset some elements of the gamification is available to the manager who would like to start a new round. For example, to create a monthly competition to check who had the highest score in the current month ,you can use the ranking element and reset every month. Another example: in a given period the manager has converted the Golds into physical rewards to the players, so it is now possible to reset to start a new round.
When “reset” is done ,all the golds of all players will be erased, ie, all players will get zero golds until they take actions that generate that reward.
When “reset” is done all the players’ score will be erased , meaning all players will get zero points and the status “Rank Unavailable” until they take actions that generate this reward.
When “reset” is done the level will be erased and so will all XPs of all players, ie all players will have zero XPs and the status “Level Unavailable” until they take actions that generate that reward.
Take care! if you restart this elements of the Gamification, this action cannot be reverted.
